Example 1 - How a Debt Managment Plan helped Chris.

Chris contacted us in 2007 as he was struggling to pay his creditors and his essential bills. His monthly debt repayments were £540 but after paying his rent, bills and living expenses he was only left with £250 each month.

We immediately got to work on Chris's behalf and negotiated with his creditors to stop any interest or charges and reduce his monthly payments to what he could afford. He now makes one monthly payment of £250 to us and we deal with his creditors leaving Chris free to live his life without worry.

Example 2 - How an IVA helped Jennifer.

Jennifer struggled with 7 loans and credit cards totalling £50,000 with monthly payments at over £900. As she only had a disposable income of £350 she clearly needed to solve her debt problem.

We advised the best solution was an IVA and our insolvency practitioners took over and set up the IVA over 60 months with monthly payments of just £325. This meant she will only pay back around £20,000 making her debt free in 5 years, saving her an incredible £30,000.
